With an unhealthy passion for the quirks of the Commodore64 MOS SID chip (6581 and 8580), Ray Manta has for the past few years tinkered with perhaps a different approach to C64 composing, with multiple SID chips and utilising unconventional archaic sound tools (Musicalc, speech synthesis) in conjunction with more modern applications such as MSSIAH and more well-known C64 trackers (SID Wizard).
