HdpK Audio Design Winter Semester 2017 releases a new innovative Sample Library “Recycle Drums” in order to bring the users an easy and original way to make music with the sound of the common objects around them, from Low - Budget Producers to Sound Designers.
Low Input, High Reward.

Inspired by the street drummers shows and percussionists who take out the natural sounds of different materials to make music, Recycle Drums is a Sample Library which contains some of all those not common, but special sounds. Recycling objects we used day by day, like juice bottles, plastic bags, bringing them in the studio and extracting all the different and peculiar sounds that each of the specific object could offer for us to generate an authentic sound.
Easy to find, natural, low cost, sounds, from which you will be able to use, process and modify to your own creativity.

With 369 individual recorded Samples from a variety of bottles, cans, bags and other object made of different materials, glass, plastic, carton, you will be able to experiment the different sound qualities and character of each of the materials which can give your music that distinctive mood you need.

The sounds are organized in different named folders, including the name of the percussive characteristic, (BassDrum, Hi-Hat) and the original material of the sound (Ex. Glass, Plastic, Bottle), making it easy for you to decide if you you are looking up for the Material Type or the Drum Kit percussion. *** This release includes an extra prebuilt DrumRack for Ableton Users.
