Ponska Party by Rich Carlson
The Hoon are a proud tribal people inhabiting the little-known island paradise, Ponska, located in the fertile equatorial zone of the Zun-da-kor sea.
Every three years, natives gather to celebrate the history of the Ponska tribes with a great feast and song contest. The competition is stiff. The song is always the same, but interpretation and customary retitling is up to each tribe thus representing both individuality and unity.
These recordings represent the best of the 2025 performances.
