Second Chance by Robyn Norton

Thank you, thank you, thank you to all of you wonderful people who enjoy my music and who bought a copy of my debut album “Reminiscence”. I was so overwhelmed by its success that I decided to record again. This new album has a true classic country flavor and it includes some of my most requested and loved songs.

The title “Second Chance”: where did that come from? The answer is twofold: firstly, and probably the most obvious, is that this is my second album. Secondly, six years ago my first husband passed away suddenly. Since then I have been blessed to have met and married a beautiful man, Garry, who also lost his wife suddenly, and together we believe God has given us a second chance in love and life.

The only original song on this album “Second Chance” reflects our story.

Special thanks to my Mum and her special friend Terry who support me in my music. My sincere thanks to my husband Garry who encourages me and is the overworked and underpaid ‘Roadie.’ Without his unwavering support this new album would not have come to fruition.

I do hope you enjoy listening to this album as much as I have enjoyed recording it.
