Glimpse is a minimal, moody dub tune that builds upon the pure simplicity of daily mindful life. From the moment we wake in the echoes of our dreams, we think, feel, calculate and create our own unique crystal castles that become the home of our future head spaces. Rocket Empire are a Portland, Oregon based duo of Jon Cates and Dave Dish. Their sound is a fusion of acoustic indie rock and down-tempo, on level with Kruder & Dorfmeister and Nightmares on Wax. Their first two albums ‘Rocket Empire’ and ‘See Me Speak in Color’ saw heavy support from SIRIUS XM Chill and KCRW as well as KEXP.
