Poseidon EP by Ron Flatter
We are happy to feature a new EP by Ron Flatter. Ron has contributed a lot to the success of Traum with his 6 releases in the recent past that entered many Spotify playlists.
His new EP comprises 3 tracks and kicks off with the title track "Poseidon". The track opens with a baroque and playful flow of notes adding broad melodies reminding us of merry times of early English techno and ambient music of the Aphex Twin. It is by no means that crazy quilt synth wizardry you come across in old journeys but shows these tiny drops of wrangling weirdness within its fantastic lightheartedness that runs the show.
"Odenne" is more of a minimalist groover with a roaring bassy sequence pathing the path for an avalanche of lively melodies to invade the track all at once giving it this enormous leap into heaven.
The third track "Jantero" starts with a bit of a "human league" feel carrying a disco sentiment that plunges into an epic break full of colorful melodies to reassemble, all creating a classy club track.
