Spiritual Currents by Spiritual Currents- (2017)
I cannot visis a lake, gaze upon a stream, look at a field of wildflowers, or peer into a sunset without imagining a melody in my mind's ear. "Spiritual Currents" is not only my attempt at capturing these moments but also to express beauty when words fail.
When realizing our spirituality, the jorney to enlightenment begins. We contemplate our mortality and faith, search for the greater good of humanity, and witness the natural surroundings that make up the world in which we live. While using the sounds from the cultures that inhabit our earth, I am attempting to personify beauty and search for my spirituality.
When listening to this music (tracks 1-16), I encourage you to meditate, contemplate, pray, or simply relax as you hear my thoughts and dreams through the wind currents of the instruments. Use the sister "Spirit Tracks" (17-32) as I have removed all wind instruments and only percussion remain, as an accompaniment for your spiritual journey, play-a-longs for your creative improvisation, or as another opportunity for meditation.
