Inside It from Voi by Sainte Vincent
In 1996 Welch performance artist met up with Preachers Cath Records office employee Wen "Wendy" Choe and sparks flew. They designed ominous loops and machines of doom from anything they found until they realized that they lacked organization to actually complete any song (or "project" as they called it them). They asked N.Vincent to help them compose and arrange and he agreed.
