desire path by sevenism
a desire path is created over time, by many people, away from the main path: a shortcut, an avoidance of mud, a curiosity
usually following a path of desire is led by ego, but here it's more natural and interdependent
ive enjoyed following desire paths over the last year
we saw a huge heron landed in a silver birch a couple of gardens away. even in a tall tree it was so incongruous. we've been on the heron's flight path for years but never seen it land around here before.
