Reigning Moonlight from Skeletal Forests by Shrouded Elk

ashes coating kingdoms filled with skeletons of humans
victims of existence and rotting mortal dissonance

their moonlight reign has ended

but lo, in the distance greenery sprouts forth
rising through cooled embers to emerge amidst a swarm
of flowering leaves and budding trees and spreading seas of blossoming weeds
the majesty and glory of the only exalted entity

of all false truths that are sown and harvested with impunity
one pure veil remains, embedded with integrity
unfaltering in its nurturing and eternal persistence through suffering
there are no mortal kings who hold the same authority
as earth
