Nameless by Sin Seer

"Nameless" was written in August of 2015. One of the lowest points of my life. It was a year removed after my friend’s deaths.. I fell into a downward spiral that consumed all of my well being. And for the longest, I felt like I was never going to get out of it.

I had been exchanging demos with Cameron for the past few years. And on this particular day, he sent me this song. Before I even knew what happened, I was setting up a microphone and recording vocals.

“Nameless” to me represents the pressures we’re all faced with whenever we look towards the future. You begin to wonder what sort of impact you’ve made on the people around you. That is, if you have left any at all. There’s always a constant need to validate yourself, instead of just being present at the moment.

This laid the groundwork for what would eventually became Sin Seer.

Pent up emotions.
Bitterness and rage
Cathartic to the core
Transparency.
And sincerity

Forming in 2015, two aspiring songwriters from South Texas found a catalyst for the driving force that would become known as Sin Seer. Since the initial release of their debut EP 3 years later, Cameron McLendon and Trey Saucillo have honed in a sound that separates heavier influences, blends alternative melodies, and dispels all traditions before them.
