KONtrast "when dark and light meet"
A one take stereo studio recording exploring the new modular set up for some experimental ambient tracks which wil be released on several third party labels.
"KONtrast" is based on the daily circle of light and darkness, it's in fact a never ending circle changing each cycle a bit throughout the year.... Nature depends & reacts on this circle; this piece of experimental ambient reflects this symbiose.
TIP: lights out, headphone on (attention, the start has a soft volume) and close your eyes!
About the patch, modules & arrangement:
- Main modules, Benjolin, B.I.A, g0, Pittsburgh Modular, Moog Mother 32 and several modules that create pulses.
- The patch has many attenuators used to control audio and CV by hand.
- The arrangement tells one circle of light and darkness starting and ending at dawn.
