The Father by Spruce Needles

Really miserable stuff. This one almost didn't come out.
Not at all professionally recorded and all first take.

The songs are about a perfect storm of being scared and sad and angry about rising fascism, ecological disaster and a relationship ending. There's probably a lot to relate to here for a lot of people. I generally felt kind of panicked and isolated the entire time I was writing and recording this.

The whole album is available as a single track, and 8 of the songs are available individually for people who want a taste or just one song or whatever, but know that the individual tracks are the coles notes and you;re not getting the whole thing and it's really not how I intended for anybody to listen to it but hey, you do you.
