Steve Gibbs is an 8 string guitarist, specialist of Alain Féron's complete works. He has developed an instrument with embedded captors that covers early polyphony, contact noise and odd string fractions. 40 years of performing have taken him to Asia, Europe and the USA. His experimental creative practice is rooted in study of Western, Carnatic and Korean traditions.
