Millions, like caged beasts, screamed trying to break the invisible trap of affection made tighter and tighter by every caress.

Their voices, stuck in corners, lull our laments.
Fear not the tears:

We will drown in our regrets anyway.

We will be fed to seasons anyway.

that now cedes you breath.

Tamed by scratches, on scars we built our past.
