Six Insides was the name of a project that existed before Doom Shrugs. Tracks 1-4 were written in 2015, track 5 was written in 2022 using parts written in 2015, track 6 was written 2016-2017, and track 7 was arranged in 2022. All words were written 2013-2015, and all drums were written in 2022.
Thanks to Zander, Dexter and Kezza for putting on that one show on September 11th 2015 at The Crown Hotel, Dunedin, NZ, and thanks to Johnny for turning up. Thanks also to Alexander for helping with the drum programming on the original demos, and to James Joyce for writing Finnegan's Wake.
Guitar recorded January-February 2022. Clean guitars for track 6 were recorded on April 18th 2017 and reamped in February 2022.

All individual drum hits and some full sections were originally recorded October 2nd 2018 at Albany Street Studios, Dunedin, New Zealand, and were spliced and reassembled using software coded from February to November of 2022
