Clockforge ain't just another set of tracks we cobbled together. We spent long nights in places where the rust was thicker than the air, stripping down derelict machines, listening to the echoes they left behind. This whole album, it's us trying to wake up a colossal, forgotten clock factory. Not just to make noise, but to find out what those dead gears still remember.

Imagine it: every rusted cog, every snapped spring, holding onto a ghost of a heartbeat. We plug in, power up, and suddenly those old bones start twitching. What comes out isn't just sound; it's like an audio-chronicle, human memories threaded right into the ticking of time itself. From the first lonely clang of a broken hydraulic press to the full roar of analog synths and pounding chrome percussion, it's a journey. Starts isolated, feeling like just one broken part, then finds its way to something like connection.

We dug deep for this sound. Layers of detuned polysynths, drum machines that pound like pistons, real sheet-metal strikes from salvaged junk. You'll hear these subtle darkwave gospel pads creep in, motorik basslines that just keep on pushing. It all blends, creates something new out of the scrap. "Gearheart Halo" is the one that really snaps it all into focus – that refrain, "We remember so the future can turn," it's more than just words. It's the core of it, really.

We're talking about memory like magnetized dust sticking to everything, and time as these endless conveyor belts, just looping.
