Some Chunes by Terry Gomes

This is music to help combat the oppressive feelings of winter, cold or darkness, take you somewhere warm, and lift your spirits. If you're already somewhere warm, it will lift your spirits just the same. We can certainly use this in our present-day world. The word, “chunes” (tunes) in the title, references the tropically, evocative nature of the music. It was a term I heard a lot growing up in a Guyanese family when referring to good melodies. The album includes 3 new tracks and 8 favourites that have been chosen based on frequent airplay throughout Canada over the last several years. I hope you enjoy this collection!

NOTE: The two rough demo tracks at the end are the bare bones versions I do on my own. They (and the sheet music) are what I use to present to other musicians before the serious work happens and more human beings are involved.
