The Big Ol’ Nasty Getdown’s Volume 3 is its most ambitious release to date, capturing the energy of true collaboration and proving the Getdown’s vision continues to grow and evolve. Featuring past and present members of Parliament Funkadelic, Fishbone, Earth Wind and Fire, Pearl Jam, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Jane’s Addiction, String Cheese Incident, Ozomatli, Jurassic 5, New Power Generation, and Lynyrd Skynyrd, the album celebrates what happens when community and creativity collide. Volume 3 bursts with massive horn sections, thick grooves, deep funk pockets, and swirling psychedelic layers, keeping the spirit of improvisation alive.
