Island Hopping from Hell Hole by The Mighty Mighty Chitons

i was sitting on my sister's porch the other night playing my bass.
she lives in a dumb college town and it was a big game night.
it was around midnight and there were drunks college kids everywhere!
it was so weird.
i was at a show earlier that night and i don't have many close friends here anymore and i was just thinking about how weird it is seeing people you know randomly.
i don't know.
these things are connected somehow.
also, the san juan islands are where i pretty much want to end up in life and am obsessed with them.
so it's kind of about that too.
another one about wanting to get out of here.
