1903 by The Communion

The Communion operated between Blackpool and Manchester. 2 Members lived in Blackpool and 2 lived in Manchester. It is easy to look back and say they were influenced by the post-industrial landscape most famously reflected by bands like Joy Division and Factory Records although at the time the influences were myriad: Gang of Four, The Passage, The Fall, The Cure (Faith period).
These tracks were recorded the last time the band went into the Studio at Out of The Blue in Piccadilly, Manchester in 1983.
Made available on vinyl in a limited edition of 100 copies for the first time.
