Newfangled Spell by The Folklore Shroud
Newfangled Spell is a small collection of our most recent instrumental Soundcloud uploads. This EP was written and recorded during a strange time of pandemic unemployment in an apartment living room. The guitars used were a Danelectro Vintage 12 string, an Oscar Schmidt Acoustic 12 string, and an Ibanez ALT30 Acoustic missing 2 strings. All drums and synth were produced with a Korg Electribe EMX1. Everything was recorded on a Tascam DP008EX digital 8 track recorder with no microphones. All songs were written and recorded in late March and early April. Stay safe and enjoy!
