Xerces Blue by The Frail Ophelias
A collection of B-sides.
Xerces Blue was the first butterfly known to become extinct in North America as a result of human activities. Its native habitat was the sand dunes of the Richmond and Sunset neighborhoods in San Francisco.
Other tracks were written for Project Agora's "Threshold, Suspended… ", a collaborative work which premiered at The San Francisco International Arts Festival June 2015.

The Frail Ophelias is a Shakespeare cover band whose work reimagines Shakespeare one play at a time. Originating from a song cycle commissioned by the Chelsea Music Festival, their debut album, Macbeth, explores and remixes scenes and text from the Scottish play.
