Second EP by The New Anxiety

We wrote and recorded this EP in 2003/2004 and by the end the band was kind of fizzling out. We never quite finished mixing it but it has always bugged me that we never did anything with it. So twenty years later we got it mastered and ready to stream. In retrospect all The New Anxiety songs were about dealing with a post-9/11 sense that the world had taken a turn for the worse, and that the people in charge were making bad decision after bad decision. (I guess they were also a little bit about coming of age in your 20s). Anyway, given everything we're seeing with climate change/ extreme weather/ COVID etc, it feels like these themes are still relevant. I hope those of you who remember this band, or just stumbled upon us, enjoy it.
