Credits
Recorded and mixed by Dirk Hugo
Produced By Dirk Hugo and Dan Hampton
Mastered by Fuzzy Ratcliffe at Sound and Motion Studios
Artwork by Mary-An Hampton
Composed by Dan Hampton, with the exception of: track 1, which samples Angel Olsen’s Forgiven/Forgotten, track 3, originally by Sven Axelrad, with additional lyrics by Dan Hampton and Cherilyn Macneil, track 7, which contains spoken word written by Toast Coetzer, track 6, which is entirely the work of Dolly Parton, track 5, which borrows lyrically from Emily Dickinson’s poem of the same name. If we’re being completely honest the final lyric of both track 2 and 8 are also lifted, from whoever wrote John the Revelator and Tom Waits respectively.
Performed by: Dan Hampton - Guitar, Bass and Vocal. Sheldon Yoko - Drums. Bronwen Clacherty - Percussion, Vibraphone and Kalimba. Cherilyn Macneil - Piano and Vocal (track 3). Gary Jennings - Guitar (tracks 4,5 & 6). Cam Lofstrand - Guitar (track 6). Colin Von Berg - Guitar (tracks 2, 4, 5 & 8). Jean-Louise Parker - Viola (track 2). Franx - Bass (tracks 2 & 8). Toast Coetzer and Reinhardt Van Zyl - Spoken Word (track 7). Faye Oakes – Siren Vocal (track 4). Gene Kierman - Horn (track 9).
