My mentor Jean-Michel Jarre published a new album called Metamorphosis at the beginning of 2000. I was waiting impatiently for it as usual, and as for Oxygene 7-13 in 1997, felt a bit disappointed when I finally listened to the result.

So I began to work on a new project that I wanted to sound really "electronic" and "jarre-like". I had no other precise idea than this one, and it was really fun just to look for good melodies, to elaborate exciting bass sequences and to play with abstracted sounds.

Ironically I entitled it Anamorphosis, which was the clearest way I could imagine to admit that this project was a distorsion of Jarre work and musical spirit.
