This album ended up high on our list of 2022's most-listened records, so as a fan service to ourselves, as well as having to live up to our duty of spreading the gospel of Total Dissonance Worship, we conspired with Abest to collaborate on a US release.
On 'Molten Husk, the German trio has truly created a sound and atmosphere of their own. It is filled to the brim with discordant and metallic Hardcore that creates some of the bleakest vibes the genre has ever heard.
The album's raw, dry production serves as a perfect foundation for these 11 hopeless tracks and really hammers Abest's barren soundtrack straight through your skull.
'Molten Husk' is an unsuspecting masterpiece. It's the auditory equivalent of being stranded in the desert and choking on a mouthful of sand.
