Villain's Villa from Lava Lamps by Toxagen
Experimenting with retro stuff again, I came out with a theme that would work for an evil base type area. It was originally just called "Evil Base", but decided to call it "Villain's Villa" because it was more original and was also kind of goofy. Especially if it was just a normal house, but just had this theme playing just because of who owned it.
