TMTCo welcomes you to our first release of 2022, the unique, bizarre, and - of course - the cromulent Adult Arcade!
Adult Arcade is a project of Jake Joyce, whom certain folk may already be familiar with due to his involvement in Brown Bear Records, his countless other musical projects, or his convivial radio host personality. Paperback Grotto is, as written in the liner notes, and perhaps given away by the record name and cover art, a short memoir of a smut peddler. Musically, Adult Arcade invokes the ghosts of both vaporwave and dungeon synth, without really belonging to either genre. All we can say is that if there was a red light / adult bookstore area of a top-down RPG, we couldn't imagine anything else to go with it as a soundtrack.
Limited to 20 copies on transparent green shells with full colour labels and j-card, Adult Arcade opens another exciting year for us here at the Two Man Tape Co!
