VAPORMEX 北方人” is a digital tribute to the collective memory of Mexico. This 30-track album dives deep into regional Mexican music from the '80s and '90s —from Tejano, banda, and quebradita to the hidden sounds of FM radio and the Fórmula Radial era— all reconstructed through the nostalgic lens of classic vaporwave.

The album focuses on northern radio stations, vintage commercials, and iconic Televisa TV programs, with references to shows like “Dos Mujeres, Un Camino”, “Carita de Ángel”, and “Papá Soltero”, among others.

Inspired by albums like “Leyendas” by Tres Monitores and “Cinta de Recuerdos” by AMERICA NETWORK LTD, this release deconstructs the media-driven sentimentality of an entire generation, redefining vaporwave and norteño culture through deeply nostalgic soundscapes.
