Haunt by IrieArtz

Unbeyond Anthologies welcomes underground juggernaut IrieArtz for his first release with the label, his new EP “Haunt”.

Wielding one of the most unique styles in the scene right now, Irie has crafted a 4-track behemoth that features all the best attributes of his one-of-a-kind approach. Opener “Cache II” features ethereal choirs and stuttered flows that set the standard for the EP’s theme, a combination that is brought back in a much darker context on the eerie title track that closes out the project. “Carillon” brings a melodic touch with its plucky leads and atmospheric piano, while “Geared” delivers the most aggressive drops of the projects, brought together by metallic basses and whirring synths.

“The ‘Haunt EP’ was a fun project I started around late last year.” said IrieArtz on the subject of his new release. “I wanted to dedicate a whole project to this eerie but soothing soundscape with soothing pads, slow tempos, and quirky melodies.”
