The debut release from Wäsende offers up a combination of slow, atmospheric black metal and dark folk, with thudding ritualistic drumming and obscured screams hidden deep in the mix. The song goes through different stages, each one further distancing itself from the metal elements of the opening section, in the end leaving nothing but the sounds of an early summer morning.
