Family Suite by Julio Rey
14 songs in a cycle. Vignettes of love, loss, marriage, family. The cycle has been coalescing since 2003, through four EP releases, culminating in 2019 with the Ghost / Demons Walk the Earth single, with which the cycle closes.
Musical styles range from folk and Americana to pop to punk to rock, with smatterings of dance, jazz, reggaeton, funk and more.
Handmade and (mostly) hand-played, with family members making planned and unplanned guest appearances.
