Floral Strobe by False Noise
Floral Strobe is the continuous flow between a collection of tracks I've been working very hard at for a year. Each track is meant to explore a different set of deeply interconnected ideas (especially ideas regarding texture) with each one of those tracks complimenting what came before/after it. The album was written using an extra conscious, disciplinary writing style which is based around the idea of actively resisting whatever feels most comfortable to do.
The project was accidentally started in early April 2019 where I got an idea for a track where the sub bass would just be pitching around all over the place and that would be the riff. This idea became the track known as "Bioluminess", it was supposed to be part of an EP but I was so excited about this bit that it rapidly blossomed into an album along with creation of "Bright like the Sun" and "Wing". I feel like the album format is the only way I can express what I want to express, so here you have a 53 minute excursion into my brain which you can load up onto your device for your own enjoyment/unenjoyment.
