Inside by Wellengärtner

Another anniversary:

This time it's the 40th edition of the Wellengärtner series: What a ride these past years have been: After first experiments with a few smartphone synth apps (can be 'visited' in the back catalogue, s. esp. 'Journey'), I have created my little musical universe, with a meanwhile considerable amount of gear and a bunch of ideas. Style: Ambient with influences of the classic Berlin school, sometimes experimental, sometimes darker. Let's see where the musical journey takes me.

Even though this isn't the Academy Awards, thanks go to the following people:
- Jingoba Electric, who persistently insisted that I not only listen to electronic music but also play it,
- all the supporters and listeners, without whom making music is only half as much fun,
- all radio/podcast producers who played my music,
- all the organizers who let me perform on stage,
- all musicians from Electric Café Ruhr, who not only offer a forum for listening, playing and exchanging ideas, but also provide advice and support,
- my musical heroes who have inspired me and still do.

As with all the pieces since mid-2021, the ones on this album were recorded live in the studio, without overdubs, without the use of a DAW.
