Traveler by Willebrant x The Billows Burn Bright

Bringing forth the fusion of two great minds of the Ambient world as we proudly bring you 'Traveler'. A collaborative EP from Melbourne based Willebrant and Appalachia based The Billows Burn Bright.

We were struck here with the new territories explored. It is a pleasure to witness the fusion of two worlds, coming together to create something new, intuitive and outside of the regular guises we have come to expect.

With both of these Ambient artists coming together, we can hear the combination of the familiar lush scapes, they they are known for so well in their own universes. Yet in coming together we see new instrumentation. Country acoustic guitars, lush introspective vocal lines and even a beat or two.

We know little about this traveler. We know not from whence they came, nor where they are going. We are merely grateful to have the momentary existence with them as we accompany them for this chapter of their journey.

Willebrant is the ambient field drone project of Naarm/Melbourne bassist and producer Karl Willebrant.
