Juno-winning artist William Carn has emerged as one of Canada’s leading contemporary jazz
trombonists and composers. He has performed internationally as well as throughout Canada. He
recently won the 2020 Juno award for Best Jazz Group for his work in the group Turboprop.
As a bandleader, William is currently focusing on the Carn Davidson 9, an ensemble he co-leads
with saxophonist, Tara Davidson.
