Nine months in the making, 'YEP' captures the Auckland three piece at their best. It’s dirty, it’s fresh, and it will stimulate the part of your brain that enjoys things. Lovingly produced by Dr. Karl Stevens (Heart Attack Alley, Drab Doo Riffs), 'YEP' was recorded in the heart of Grey Lynn at Montage Studios, before being handed over to Joshua Lynn (Mothers of Darkness) who toiled away at it until it was sublime. In an effort to showcase as much of Yolanda’s live prowess as humanly possible, 'YEP' was recorded live with limited overdubs, maintaining the classic three-piece sound, as these songs were developed over a year long period of extensive gigging.
2013 will see the release of a 7” vinyl version of YEP followed by an extensive New Zealand tour.
