Out in the woods, just my buddies and I
We were shooting the shit and getting a little high
The beers were flowing and the music went down
And that's when we heard the strangest sound

We all stood up and looked on in shock
Our eyes were peering out into the dark
When this big hairy dude, he was about 12 foot high
Appeared from the trees to our surprise

He struts into camp and makes straight for the beer
Then hoists up the cooler with a wink and a leer
Then he strides into the night with no fear and no care
While we stood around wondering what the hell happened there

When we finally got over the initial shock
We took off and chased that cat out into the dark
We were worried we'd never see that beer again
But thunderous drums took us straight to his den

He had two tree trunks in his big ugly mitts
He was bashing stumps with some swing and some heat
Cackling and swaying and tapping his feet, yeah

We couldn't help but notice all the gear in his den
We knew what to do, right there and then
We all grabbed a piece and we tuned them up right
We jammed with the bigfoot all through the night
