ive always loved ambient music, especially artists like Brian Eno, Hiroshi Yoshimura, MEITEI etc. however, i really didn't know how to make it. so, i improvised w samples. in my opinion, sampling is one of the purest forms of human expression in music. the idea alone of turning tracks i love into something completely new sounds crazy, and the fact that with enough skill you can make literally anything sound good is even crazier. through sampling, this all ties back to hiphop and further proves the idea that it's the most influential genre of all time. without hiphop and its pioneers, modern music would be completely different (and probably worse lol). everything i make is just another love letter to the music that made me the person i am today, hiphop. more of that soon but this what i'm feeling rn, i hope you enjoy 🫶🏼
