Ida Diana Maidstone (Hush Pup, New Age Dolls) crafts angelic fantasy pop that blends a love of ambient and dance music. Swirling synths, ethereal vocals, found sounds, and hyper beats create a world that feels both experimental and sugary. After years immersed in Toronto’s DIY scene, Ida has returned to Vancouver Island, where she’s become part of Nanaimo’s weird and wonderful musical underground.
