Hyperstition by Lemurian Time Warriors
Lemurian Time Warriors’ debut vinyl LP Hyperstition fuses industrial textures, ritualistic rhythms, dark EBM pulses, psychedelic electronics, and Prodigy-style breakbeats. Honoring Vancouver’s industrial scene and pioneers like Front 242 and Psychic TV, it’s a sonic journey with purpose. Produced by ZDBT with vocals by Eris Nyx, the record raises awareness of addiction and overdose while supporting the Drug User Liberation Front (DULF) and Nyx’s Supreme Court trial, where she faces three life sentences for trying to save lives amidst the ongoing fentanyl crisis. All proceeds go to her legal fund. Released on ZDBT’s new imprint, Disguise Records.
